Unfortunately, all the toys were removed :(
The Yard of Lost Toys in Lviv — is an open-air museum created by residents of an ordinary high-rise building. With the advent, the yard of the lost toys thanks the local resident.
One day, when he came across two forgotten toys near his house, he placed them under the roof inside the yard. Over time, other residents also brought in needless toys here. So the idea came up to create a museum in the yard. Then for his grandchildren, Vasily Petrovich (so-called that man) decided to decorate the yard a little. First put a swing there, then - a sandbox, and then a small fountain to ensure the most comfortable stay there for children. He started collecting toys in 2009, and today there is a bunch of toys in the museum. Due to the fact that this place is quite popular among tourists, this collection is constantly being updated. Recently, the range of exhibits has increased significantly, many interesting items appeared that are not related to the priority topics. Now you can find a pair of boots, books, forgotten equipment, various musical instruments and more.
For many locals this wonderful yard is associated with childhood and serenity, and many like to come there for a rest. This museum makes you wonder about how material things can affect a person's condition and rethink their attitude to what we are responsible for.
