More than a hundred years ago, the territory where the village of Volodymyrivka now stands grew oakwood. In 1884, landowner and sugarman Ivan Kharitonenko decided to build his summer residence here. The construction of the estate was completed by his son Paul. It was named after the daughter of Pavel Kharitonenko - Natalia.

The main building had the appearance of a two-storey building stylized in fairy-tale. Unfortunately, this house was destroyed during the Second World War. To this day, the front gate, outbuildings, water tower and stables have been preserved. The front gate is the last building, which style is similar to the main house. It is designed by the famous architect Alexei Shchusev, who, for example, designed the Mausoleum of Lenin or the Kazan Station in Moscow. The mighty walls of the arch are paved with large stones. The total volume of the arch also includes massive forged gates and office space - a guard room with narrow windows.

The park begins at the gate. The area of this park is about 50 hectares. It is divided into two parts - upper and lower. The upper one is on the right bank of the Merchik River and consists of oak and pine groves. The lower one is located at the mouth of the river. At the bottom you can find many exotic tree species.

There are about 100 species of trees and shrubs in the park.
Including:
- white and one-colored fir;
- white and barbed spruce;
- yellow pine;
- Juniperus virginiana;
- Linden Caucasian, Crimean, American;
- swamp and red (northern) oak;
- silver maple;
- Curly birch;

From the gate to the banks of the river there is the chestnut alley. At the end of the 19th century, when this park was laid, chestnut was an exotic plant for Ukraine. Unfortunately, many chestnuts of this alley were lost, instead of them young trees were planted. There are also oak, fir and other alleys in the park that connect the various buildings of the former estate. One of the buildings, namely the property manager's house, is decorated with sculptures of lions (Coordinates: 50.0735298, 35.2866912). The author is the famous sculptor Sergey Konyonkov.

Equally unique is the water tower, which is designed in the Gothic style (Coordinates: 50.072676, 35.287571). It still remains in good condition. But the pearl in the property is the Temple of the Savior (Coordinates: 50.0742735, 35.2886117). Also, abandoned stables can be viewed in the park (Coordinates: 50.0741702, 35.2817774).

In 1924 the Natalievsky estate was handed over to the trade unions council. It houses the Vladimir tuberculosis sanatorium, which had been operating until 2008. Disinfection is underway and restoration work is planned.
