Constitution Square in Kharkov is the oldest square of the city, which is now one of the symbols of Kharkov. The Maidan began to bear the name of the main law of the country since 1996, when it was adopted. Since then, on the Constitution Day of Ukraine, which is celebrated on June 28, thematic events are held on the square. Actually, not only on Constitution Day: many public holidays unite citizens on this square.
